Hannah Chiverton's Story
I joined AB Mauri just over a year ago - previous to that I worked as a generalist HR professional across a number of different industries. My experience of process mapping, project management, change management has been gained from a variety of different ways - either through self-learning or being coached/developed by others.
I was encouraged to complete the Lean Six Sigma
training by my GHRD for my development and to help underpin my own knowledge and experience with a recognised and universally adopted methodology. I found Firebrand on the internet and soon realised that other colleagues within AB Mauri have used Firebrand for alternative courses. I found the materials learned and tools provided to be invaluable - I can immediately see how our business use these in different guises already, but more importantly, how useful the approach using DMAICR methodology has given me for future projects.
My career aspirations are to ideally stay within AB Mauri and support the business and the HR team through our period of change whilst developing myself. Learning new ways of working and new methodologies whilst keeping up with new technologies and information is key to me ensuring I continue to add value to our business.
